We will process your order within 7 days and aim to deliver up to 5 days after the shipment label is created. Thank you for your patience.

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. In case you change your mind, we accept returns within 7 days as long as the item is unworn and sent back with all tags, cards, and the original box.

Due to the nature of our products, any items returned to chhi that have been worn with tags removed will not be accepted for a refund.
